Dr. Charles Foster graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1977 and has proudly cared for patients in the Cedar Hill community since 1990. Over the years, he has developed extensive experience in managing diabetic eye health, designing specialty contact lenses for challenging prescriptions, and fitting medically necessary contact lenses for corneal conditions such as keratoconus.
His patient-first approach combines decades of clinical experience with a commitment to helping every patient better understand their eye health.
