Dr. Bonita Banh is the best! She always takes the time to answer our questions. She is super personable and always makes my child and I feel very comfortable. We won’t see anyone else! She specializes in Myopia care for my child! The office staff is more than helpful and so pleasant.

I had a great experience with Dr. Banh! While visiting friends abroad, I needed urgent care for an eye issue and Dr. Banh was recommended to me by friends. She was increadibly nice, reassuring and professional and she even saw me at a clinic location that was easier for me to get to. I felt completely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have heard such great things about Advanced Vision Care so I figured I would try it out first hand. What a breath of fresh air!! Everyone from the staff to the eye Dr was amazing. My daughter was interested in glasses. She didn’t feel rush. Dr. Bonnie Banh took time to see if she had any concerns. After we left my daughter desired to also get contacts as well. Dr. Banh took the time to share what that process looked like. She went above & beyond to help my daughter take ownership in the process. Dr. Banh did such a great job explaining everything making sure my daughter knew what was important to keep her eyes safe while choosing contacts. Bonnie is excellent with children to senior citizens. She is not only a great Dr but a great human. I saw Dr. Banh this morning and had a great experience with her and the staff. Everyone was so friendly. She was very helpful and explained things so much better than past doctors.

I went to Advanced Vision yesterday to see Dr. Banh. She was very good. I have been wearing progressive lens glasses for years, and wanted to switch to contacts for my far vision with glasses to see my computer and to read. She explained the advantages and disadvantages and even determined that I don’t even need correction in my right eye to see distance so I only had to order contacts for one eye! The staff were all very helpful and patient with me. I asked a lot of questions! I HIGHLY recommend Advanced Vision and Dr. Banh and I will be returning to them for all of my eye care!

I followed Dr Bonnie Banh over to her new practice. Before I found Dr Bonnie, I had 3 eye doctors in 2 years and noone could figure out how to help me until Dr Bonnie ! I won't see anyone else for contact lenses or glasses. Love the new office. Great location. Staff was all super helpful. It almost felt 'concierge' at moments! Luis at the front desk was polite and greeted me promptly. My preliminary scans were done quickly and efficiently. No waiting around ! The optician that helped me find glasses found me a cute pair in 10 minutes flat ... best eye health experience I ever had. Go see Dr Bonnie Banh and staff at her location, you will thank me later !

I can’t recommend Dr. Bonita Banh enough! My son has been seeing her for his nearsightedness, and she has truly made such a difference. She recommended eye drops to help slow the progression of his myopia, and they’ve worked exactly as she said they would. We’ve actually seen an improvement in his vision, and we’re so grateful for her knowledge and care. She always takes the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make my son feel comfortable during his appointments. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the very best for them. When she moved to her new practice, following her was an easy decision because we trust her completely. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in your eye health, I highly recommend Dr. Banh!

We absolutely LOVE Dr Banh! My autistic twins can be difficult to exam but Dr Banh is GREAT with them. We followed her to Advanced from the office she used to be with. Our family of six all sees her and we'll continue to see her until she retires. The entire staff at Advanced is so kind. If you're on the fence about coming here don't be... Make that appointment!

I was a first time patient that came in for an eye exam and had a wonderful experience. The service was professional, considerate and very fast. All of the staff including the doctor were very attentive and answered all of my questions. None of them showed annoyance with my nitpicky questions as well. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to get a new pair of glasses.

Love this place. Great for eye health. Every time I come there is some new technology to perfect my vision and prescription. Also, the frame selection is SUPERB. I get compliments all of the time for my frames. I highly recommend the Hampton location.

Wanted to get my eyes checked since it has been a few years and picked this place because my insurance recommended it. They are all so nice and friendly! They don’t have as many glasses to choose from as other chains but the options they do have are very nice and good quality. They did all kinds of measurements to make sure they fit perfectly and I’m very happy with my selection.

Dr. Frye was very kind, caring and very thorough with my eye exam. All the staff were very helpful. Great experience. I will go back again for my future exams.

Excellent service from Dr. Smith and staff. Great selection of frames and lens upgrades. I felt safe visiting this office during the pandemic.

The doctor and employees are great! I trust their exams. I never have a long wait. They require a mask to be worn which I don't agree with. It made it harder to do the eye tests because the mask forces your breath to fog up the lens on the testing device. I had to alert the doctor about it so I could see.

I have been a patient here for 3yrs. The staff always makes you feel welcome. The first set of exams went very smooth. Dr. Fry is very cool and down to earth.

The staff here is top notch. Been here many times and moved 1 hour away tried a local eye doctor and it was not what I was used to. They were nice but we're trying to just charge me whatever they price was without doing a proper insurance check. I drove 1 hour back to cedar hill eye care and it was well worth it!! They double checked my insurance and the nice lady that sets up the order told me 2 separate times that she was going to check again cause she wanted me to get the best deal. This place is awesome!! Thanks for your help today, Dr Obana! I really do appreciate it so much. I have always been so resistant of all types of doctor visits, eye visits included. Todays visit was a really great overall experience. The technology at your office and your knowledge/expertise was really impressive. I first want to give a big thank you to Dr. Justin Obana and Jay! The entire staff is wonderful and full of knowledge! My husband and I haven’t had the greatest experience with optical appointments/doctors/staff in the past but we were referred to Cedar Hill Eye Care from a family friend and decided to take a shot. From setting the appointment all the way to checking out was the best experience we have had. They are very thorough and have top of the line equipment to help with our eye health (at least in our experience). I’m not very knowledgeable about eye care and they explained everything in detail to us and did not rush us but gave us their time! The best optical office by far! If you’re looking for a doctor or staff with the best care and personable experience, this is the place for you! I highly recommend this place and have found our forever optical clinic! Getting to the facility parking was easy, I was checked in & taken to the back in less than 10 minutes. All the staff were nice & welcoming. I was seen by the main doctor who was super helpful & informative when it came to helping me decide which prescription would be best. Once decided they brought me out to pick a pair of frames, & again the staff was super helpful in helping me decide, giving me pricing information & even helping me understand how my insurance would play a part in my purchases. As a first time patient here I would rate my experience 10/10 , & will definitely be keeping my eye care business at Cedar Hill Eye Care.
